I have almost grey/blue eyes and for years I wore navy blue eyeliner for my lower lids, b/c I happened to find black was just too harsh for my eyecolour. Now I'm starting to not really like the blue and was wondering what other colours I should use.

and the thing is if i wear certain foundations like maybelline cover girl and i have been using proactiv then all of a sudden it dried my skin..

i don't know what to od if i sohuld stop using foundation or try something that doesn't break me out. i have been using the bare minerals help me clear my skin!~!! any suggestions???

This is my outfit:
+A hot pink empire-waist dress with a bubble hem. It has a black ribbon kind of belt under the bust with a rhinestone pin. It goes to a couple inches above my knees.
+Black tights underneath

I got them in black, not the lace kind, the ones with the quilt-pattern stitching.

i am having a birthday/ i'm turning 18/ finally leavin the house party. I don't want to hear get your hair CUT. I want to do something with my hair now. Like for example, put your hair in pigtails or w/e. I have straight/slightly wavy hair, it's like 3 inches below my shoulders, and I have a roundish ovalish face. I sort of have a side bang.

Hey there! k, so i am an asian and my friends say that i have really small eyes whenever i dont wear my glasses. Is having small eyes a bad thing? Does it look ugly or something? Hey all

I got my ear pierced back in summer. It was a stud. But I took it out 2 days ago because the stud was sinking into my lobe. So I had my friend take it out for me. Now it feels like theres a bubble inside my ear lobe and the hole is a little red and just a bit crusty. I will probably go to the doctor to get it checked out but I figured I'd get your opinions first since I don't know much about ear piercings.
