do the hair cutters charge full price for just getting bangs?

I would not think so. You might want to ask before they do it cause if they do say they want to charge full price they are lying. You shouldn't have to pay full price. I just got mine trimmed at the bottom just a little and they didn't charge me full price, so they shouldn't.

No - many salons offer bang trims for a lower fee.

Some salons offer free bang trims to regular clients.

BTW, if you aren't going to your usual hairdresser get a full hair cut. Otherwise, you can end up with bangs that don't belong with your current hair style. (Not all stylists are good at working with an existing hair cut.)

Usually they'll charge just a nominal fee.
