I know this might sound weird but lice shampoo works for dry scalps. You don't have to have lice to use it and it keeps your scalp flake free.

Head and Shoulders Intensive Solutions is the best dandruff shampoo I've tried. Use it at least 2x/week. Leave it on for about 5 minutes before rinsing.

The regular Head & Shoulders is good for in between.

Neutrogena Anti-Residue is really good for removing any styling product build up and really cleans the scalp. I try to use it at least once every 2 weeks.

Use a deep conditioner (like Aussie 3 minute miracle) once a week, plus a leave in conditioner after every washing and cut the hair spray/mousse to a minimal amount until the cold weather eases up.
