It should be equally acceptable. However it seems we don't see as many minorities going barefoot in public. Sometimes the question comes up why that is on a mailing list of barefooters I'm a member of, and we generally think it's because there is so much of a bias against bare feet in the US (it's NOT against the law to go shopping barefoot, it is NOT against the law to drive barefoot, in spite of two persistant myths that waaaaay too many people believe. Please see source), and there's still also quite a bit of racism left... people who already have to deal with biases due to their race probably don't want to add more fuel to the fire... it's tough enough already to be a minority member.

specifically, the only guy or woman I see barefoot in public is me (white). yet then, in assessment to each and all of the foot Nazis, i don't pay a super form of interest to different persons's shoes. As a barefooter, I could say that a super form of folk do not evaluate barefootedness suitable. The freaks. i don't get in any respect why they're so enthusiastic about making beneficial everybody is depressing, and prefer that they had get lives. I reason no harm by not donning shoes. yet some human beings can't stand others not doing each little thing precisely the way they desire. I HATE foot Nazis. (Sorry for the rant, however the shops close to me have at present desperate to require shoes, and that i'm uninterested in combating the &*%$#^@&s.) dying to foot Nazis!!!!

Due to the overwhelming evedence in both medical studies and anicdotal testimony showing the ill-effects that shoes tend to have on our feet, leg & hip joints, and lower back, Shoes should be worn as little as possible by ALL poeple. I don't believe race has any bearing or significance here whatsoever. If you have feet, they should be healthy and taken care of.

What difference does it make. Unless you're at a pool or at your home, no one should really be barefooted in public. No one wants to see your nasty feet, unless you recently got a pedicure!
