please help me to draft this. just correct the gramatical errors
thanks for your kindness.
Fist take the registration Information form from the data center
The officer give me the CXR (both normal and other types)
-In this case take time for Abnormal certificate which could be NTB ,Pregnant or some cases Positive .
If there is any positive applicant he or she dosent get any certificate.
-Put information to complete medical operation . medical operation required the applicant visa type and accompanying children with him /her (any) and the other thing as well
- Take both CXR form CXR and registration information
- Put the date stamp on it
- Take the applicants pictures from the registration information and paste it to certificate.
- Put the Doctors stamp on the certificate
- put the round stamp on the right side on the applicant’s picture
-through it to the doctor for check
-He give his signature on it with the dray stamp and hologram and finally it comes to me.

When my face is washed and I have no makeup on, i've noticed that my eyelid and under my eye is a tan color. It kind of looks like stains or something. I never really used makeup until now because i need to hide this discoloration. why do i h ave this? what is it? how can i get rid of it?

Okay can someone give me a list of girls (who i can find their pictures on google --- or if you have their pics) with bad noses. I have a pretty bad nose -- its not horrible like its the first thing you notice, but its not pretty and sometimes i feel like I can never look pretty without a nose job (because everyone says that all my other feautures are really good). I've seen that Britney Spears (bfore) , Tyra Banks, Shilpa Shetty etc. are really pretty and they all have bad nose and sometimes ,looking at them gives me a little bit of hope. I would like to see more really pretty girls with noses that are - Wide, Bulbous, big or all three (they dont have to be reeeally wide, bulbous or big either)

Trying to buy round glasses frames. Dont like any of the High Street Opticians glasses frames and want to buy round frames. So, I've gone tanning a few times before but havent been in quite a few months. I want to start doing it again...does anyone know of any good lotions that are good bronzers?
