I am a big believer of "you are what you eat". Drink more liquid! And eat more fresh vegetables.

for topical treatment..try Oxy or Cutacnyl or Neutrogena on The Spot..If u've been suffering long with acne..it might need treatment from the inside,cz the sebaucious glands are triggered too much releasing excessive amounts of oils, and hence need to be reduced in size..I prescript Roaccutane, but dont take it without a doctor's follow-up.U will have chapped lips and red skin, and get a bit nervous, but in the end its worth it when u look at the mirror and c a clear face.it worked great for me.

the only thing that works for my face is clean & clear.
also, before you go to bed drink 2 glasses of water
this helps clear your skin. and finally toothpaste works
great for blemishes. only white toothpaste tho; good luck \
