Henna, senna, and any hair dyes that don't have ammonia.
In health stores or in the "Natural/Organic Products" section of a supermarket, you'll find shampoos that contain Henna and naturally and gradually lighten the hair color.

or you could try washing your hair with cammomile tea and onion tea ( boil stripped onions in clean water) for blonde hair and for brown hair try nut infusion ( boil for 15 minutes the nut shells in water).
