I got my hair professionaly (sp?) colored from blond to med. brown yeasterday. She said it was okay to wash it tomorrow. Should I wait another day so it will not fade? Should I just condition it and not wash it?????

i was always a tomboy in my youth and now that i am older and trying to enter the professional world, i find myself behind the curve on the stupidest of levels - personal.

i do not, mostly because i can not, do anything with my hair. i never have. at most i pull it back into one or two ponytails or a really messy bun, but for the most part it just hangs limply off of my head.

every 10 months or so i go out and try a new style (something "simple and easy to style" i always tell the hair cutter) and i never style it, it never looks the way it did in the picture and i always hate it.

i am now considering this short cut and my family is saying that it too requires much styling. what am i to do? how can i learn to be a "hair pro" after all these years? is that really necessary?

I have light brown hair, tan skin, and bright blue eyes. My hair goes right to my collar bone, i have layers, and its average thickness. My hair does everything but curl! Any hair ideas that'll take no more than 20 mins please.

I Want to cut my hair but need to decide which clipper number best suits my needs. When You go to a barber shop, you sometimes see a poster with diffrent clipper cuts on the sides. Do you have any links to posters like that or sites that show pics of of ppl with clipper sizes/cuts on the sides. Thanks!!!

I dont go out anywhere and I was thinking about putting on a nice dress with matching heels and getting my hair done. i just used hair color remover to remove the dark brown hair color from my hair. then i dyed over it with a light ash brown shade thinking that it would help neutralize the orange. it helped a little, but my hair still has an orange tinge to it. what can i use on my brown hair to eliminate or tone down the orange?

I have long blonde hair that goes just past halfway down my back, and it's like that all the way around. Personally I like, and I think it's fine, I never liked short hair when I had it.
