I have light brown hair, tan skin, and bright blue eyes. My hair goes right to my collar bone, i have layers, and its average thickness. My hair does everything but curl! Any hair ideas that'll take no more than 20 mins please.

try blowdryer, then curl your hair with a hot curler, let your hair sit with curlers in it for 30 min or maybe less.

My hair used to not curl too until I got it colored for the first time. Once chemically treated, it started doing what I told it to. You don't have to drastically change, just can brighten your color.

this sounds like my hair, i have just tried different pony tail styles, flat ironing it, blow drying, braids, half up half down. might want to try some of these

if you don't have bangs you might want to try some lovely side bangs. i find that they pretty much look good on anybody and if you don't like them or if your having a bad "bang day" you can clip them back in a pouf on top of your head.

Try hot curlers, they will curl just about any hair type and they're very fast.

try braiding it into four different braids before you go to bed and in the morning you will have pretty waves.
