here in NC you cant get a tattoo unless your 18 even with parental consent. im going to VA at the end of the month and was wanting to know if i could get one or no

I haven't worn earing since forever but my holes haven't closed, so i decided to put them to use and start gauging them. Right now I'm wearing normal posts but I don't know what size they are and I'm just using them to start off. Where do I start and what do i use? How do I put the larger gauges in? Should i use those things that make the holes bigger themselves (i think they're called a taper or something)?

I can't use wax, for some reason it won't get all the hair and it takes so long. So I usually shave but that gives me ingrown hairs, and i cut myself. What can I do!?

well i have wavy hair and it sucks cuz when i wake up in the morning my hair is like a big ball of frizz! and when i comb it out, its still very frizzy.. i also have side swept bangs and when i comb that out my bangs become frizzy and poofy.. what can i do to prevent this besides a hair straightener? products dont seem to work! help appreciated thanks! :)

I noticed that my local barbers only use shavers, does that mean they will only be able to cut my hair short ? or do they do all lengths ?

hello everyone. I am 5'5 and 145 pounds. I am not fat or flabby but I am not super skinny. I am going to orlando this summer and you all know as well as I do that it is much cheaper to buy a swimsuit now offline than it is to wait until june to buy one from a store when there are so many of them to choose from. I love those boy shorts. Does anyone know where I can purchase a swimsuit online. Possible a good website with a selection of boyshort bottoms and halter/bikini tops? I wear a medium or large top and a 12 or 14 bottom depending on the brand. So I always have to buy the pieces seperately! thanks all!!! Angie

i natural hair color is dark brown and i had tried to dye it blonde with a kit and the result came out orange. so i tried again a few weeks later by trying to bleach evrything i thought i did every peice of hair but that did not come out right. the front and parts are like a very light blonde and parts are still oragne and balck. so i dont know if i should try again. i went to the salon and they said they wouln't dye it beacause it could cause my hair to break out but i cant go around like this. advice anyone?
btw i dont want to go to black again.

I got these pair of jeans. I like them a lot, there dark and very flattering. Well I realized there flare, and I hate flares because they flare too much. Is there a way of shrinking them in the wash machine? Will this even help? Mostly a girl question.

Okay well I really want to peirce my nose & from doing a lil research I've found that people said this [sterlize needle, rubbing alcohol, numb with ice, stick needle through, push nose ring in] & keep it clean. Thats what I found but then I found a lot of scary stuff too. & it does scare me. I dont want to paralyze my face or get it infected but what exactly are those chances anyway?

Any tips so that that doesn't happen? What should I do? My mother wont let me get it done, I am 13, how could I convince her to let me & be serious so that I actually could go to a professional?

Hello, this is a curiousity of mine because I have heard it said before and I wanted to get it clarified. I got my first tattoo about 8 months ago and the black on the ink has already patched and the tattoo just doesnt look great. A few times I meant to get it touched up but it never worked out time wise for me or the artist. I know most tattoo artists have a guarantee on their tattoos but if he messed it up once why would I want him to make it worse. I do not want to cover it up because it is symbollic. I was tempted to ask my new tattoo artist of he could work on it but I heard that is a major "no no" in the tattoo community and artists do not like to mess with each others work. Some get mad just for you asking them. I sort of know the guy but I still don't feel right asking. What is the reason that tattoo artists do not like to go other somebodys "so so" work?
