Do Barbers only shave peoples hair?

I noticed that my local barbers only use shavers, does that mean they will only be able to cut my hair short ? or do they do all lengths ?

oh geez... you aren't too bright are you?

it just so happens that when you see them cutting other people's hair... that they want it cut that short... coincidence...

no they dont just shave it short...u can add more details to yur question...
