I have a really cute miniskirt and really want to wear it. Is it wrong to wear a miniskirt in December? What months is it appropriate to wear a miniskirt? It isn't really short, but I don't have leggings to go with it to winterize it. Also, can I wear a sweater with a scarf with it to winterize it? Any tips or anything would be greatly appreciated! my hair is long and permed and a lot falls out when i comb it hard,but when i first get my hair done NONE comes out AT ALL. But when a couple of days pass,my hair gets all hard and brittle but when i comb it gently it doesn't fall out..Why?
