i have a ton of jeans that dont fit anymore. does anyone have some creative ideas so these jeans dont go to waste?

my mother once took all of my old jeans and cut them into patches then made a quilt with them! it looked super cool and the demin made ridiculosly warm! hope i helped!

I even have considered an previous pair of denims made right into a handbag. they only sewed up the leg holes , extra a splash fabric ribbon in the process the belt loops for a splash of shade and sewed some ribbon for handles too.

try this....cut the inside stitch on both the legs right through and stich a piece of cloth in between...will look really cool..u can even cut across later for added style

Can be cut into squares, and used to make a denim patchwork quilt with other pieces of material.

well i make a big fols so that they become capris and stich some buttons on for style on the folds. then put some sequins on the pants itself. they look really nice.

make em shorts or capris, that is the style of spring, so i would try it. I have a couple pairs of them myself. I like the idea.

you can cut them up into different shapes and then patch quilt them together for a nice throw blanket for outside or something.

pocketbook,take two pairs sew together and make a dress or skirt,seel them on ebay or give them away on freecycle.
