I have dark circles and when i apply eye efinition pencil or a liner they look darker, i don't like to put on too much of concealer, what should i do such that my eyes look brighter? I am brown so what color eye pencil would look good?

Meaning that they actually shop at places like Walmart that are chains. Small businesses cant compete with evil corporations like that and therefore go out of business. I know Walmart is cheap but I think America needs to take a stand and not shop there for the greater good of mankind.

I am asian and I have straight, long, black hair. My hair is SUPER straight.

I don't dye or highlight my hair, and I would like to keep my hair long, it's about four inches past my shoulders, but i want to do something with bangs. Not short bangs but longer ones. I just don't know what.

ok, so i got this black winter jacket and i got these black fur like boots to match with it. the thing is i kinda forgot i have alot of light colored jeans and to be honest im not use to seeing black jacket, lights colored jeans and black boots. im use to the light colors. alot of my clothes are also pastel color and light colored jeans. according to you, is it a fashion mistake? should i switch to white jacket and boots, or go keep it as it is for a change? does back really go with EVERYTHING?

I had dark brown hair, but had black regrowth so I dyed my hair a medium brown yesterday from tip to roots. The top of my head turned out lighter than the lower section which still seemed to be the same dark brown/black colour. I re-dyed my hair again today with the hair dye and highlights pack. My hair turned out medium brown, but the highlights on the top of my head are ORANGE, I'm not sure how this worked out since all the other highlights are hardly noticable. How can i fix this? should I dye my all my hair one colour or get streaks?
