They make a product called Mederma. It costs around $20 and you can get it at Wal-mart, CVS, Walgreens. It helps to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars. (white & turquoise tube)

it takes time but it can help. it works best on larger scars though.
its kinda hard to cut a small piece but its doable

Rub cocoa butter on it the stick variety is better because the lotions have less potency.
