Ponds makes a good eye cream that contains vitamin K. I've been using it and it works better than lots of expensive brands I've tried (I'm a product junkie).I get puffy eyes/dark circles in the morning. It works well if you keep it somplace cool. The cold shrinks the bags.

Vitamin K is given to people whose blood is too thin before operating on them. It thickens the blood . It is found in green, leafy vegetables such as lettuce. I don't know if it does anything for puffyness of the eye bag.

under eye serum works well. it also will tighten up the skin
