I usually track my hair when I "do it" but my hair gets thick about 1 week after I perm it no matter what perm I use. and you can start to see the difference between my tracks and real hair. I've used Zury, Milky Way, and Hollywood hair and they are all too thin. Any suggestions?

i straighten my hair but my hair is so thick it takes me like 30 minuites to straighten it. i dont have enough time in my busy day to do that every day and not be sleepy in the morning anyways straitning my hair isnt healthy and its not fun. HELP i need a shampoo that will not make my hair greezy but still thinner. thanks :)(can i get it at wal-mart)

What temperature setting do I use (0-25 on mine). I have naturally curly and thick hair. Also, when I go in to the salon to have it done, it always looks and feels sooo smooth and shiny but when I do it at home it looks dry and frizzy. What can I do to prevent this? What do you use?

All my female cousins and even my sister always cut their own hair in layers this way. What they do is they wash their hair and when it is still wet, they flip their head upside down and brush their hair towards the ground, then they bring it all to the front like you would cut bangs and then cut all of the hair straight. When finished, they flip their hair back and it falls in layers. I am a little nervous because i have ALOT of hair and it has tight waves. What do you think?
