Its fine as long as you stick with the same color (or very close) to the color of the lipstick or gloss.

If the lipliner is a close shade to the lipstick itself, I think it looks good. What I can't stand is to see someone's lips lined in black. Personally, I think that blows the hole makeup look and looks very unnatural.

Lots of ppl with thin lips wear it outside of their lips to help their lips look fuller. Nothing wrong with that. As long as you don't look like a clown.

It has to be done properly. The colors cannot contrast too much. It can be very convincing to make the lips look fuller if done properly.

I think what other people like shouldn't concerne you or anyone else.... should i pass judgement on you because you might like putting eyeliner under your eyes so it makes it look like you have tiny little beety eyes? NO!! So why should anyone pass judgement on anyone? People have the right to do there hair, make-up and dress the way they want... just the same way you do, and to answer your question, as long as its not over done, and not much darker then the lipstick, i think it looks nice!!!

you can tell their lips arent that big some girls know how to put it on but when they start shaping their lips different and wearing it mismatched they look dump. walmart sells lipstick that makes your lips appear fuller too.

It depends on the color, Some girls use black or brown eye liner, hello eyeliner.... it means for your eyes not the lips. Try using a lip brush then you wont need a lip liner

i think it could look classy if it is the same color or 1 shade darker than the lipstick or lipgloss.
but if it is just a dark lipliner and no lipstick it looks trashy!

They look like they have upper lip hair when they where a brown lip liner and you can really tell they have it on over there lip it looks really stupid

It's fine with me... it's not really that blatant as an act of vanity... especially for those with thinner lips
