actually...i think i started when i was eleven. i was really just curious, so i asked my mom about it. it wasn't a regular thing until about twelve/thirteen when i really cared about keeping my legs smooth(i wore uniform skirts most days). for me...the first two maybe three days after shaving don't bother much, but i think it depends on the person. when those lazy days come around and i don't shave for a good long while it gets pretty gross and irritating. so i try to shave about every three days. maybe two...i basically shave when it starts to get irritating or when i'm gonna be showing off my legs. also, i would say don't bother shaving unless you need to. if you're going to wear pants all the time, there's no point going through the hassle. only shave when necessary.

Wait about until 13 or 14. If it's that bad, then go shave it, but use shaving cream to avoid cuts and nicks. If it's not that bad, then it's better not to. The hair grows back thicker, and don't mention that you have to do it often!

i know people who started at age 11, but personally i suggest around 13 or 14.
shaving isn't the best answer (it creates more hair and you can cut yourself), waxing is. but because it costs a lot to wax and people think it hurts (it doesn't hurt with the oils and pads they use these days), so shaving is best.
it doesn't feel gross to me. it stinks to shave everyday, but i hae to do it.
hope that helps.

you should start about 11 to 13 (about the time i did) and your legs (if shaven with shaving cream and water) feel extreamly wonderfull after you shave. even more if you put on lotion. they get so smooth and clean! one of the best feelings my legs can get....
