I am thinking seriously about getting my ears pierced. But, I am not good with pain, or a lot of it anyway. I freak out before shots, and dentist appointments, ect. How much does it hurt?

I have long dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and peach colored skin. I'm 5' 6". Average weight.
I had the colors black, red, or creamy white in mind...but I'm not sure which to go with. I'm going to be singing at the dinner so I want to look my best. Thank you.

I'm thirteen, a girl, and I totally don't understand why people wear makeup and get their ears pierced and such. I would totally rather be covered in dirt than stuff that's supposed to make me look pretty. The dirt says 'I went outside and had some fun, maybe it was even raining', the makeup kinda says 'you can't see me, I can't stand the way I look so I'm going to change it'. I just don't get why anyone would do something that sends that message. Furthermore, think how much time it takes to 'make your face', you could be getting some exercise so you don't look like a noodle covered with cosmetics. Could somebody please explain to me what the point of makeup is?

The last time I had my hair cut, my stylist suggested a partial foil, or highlights. I liked them over the summer but after having them done twice, they're a pain, and I really like my natural hair. Is there any way to get this dye out or do I have to wait until it grows out?? Maybe if you know how to make it fade.... remember it's permanent (blonde and my natural color is dirty blonde).

I hve oily skin and even my eye lids get a bit oily. It seems I put on eye shadow and before long it's coming off. And when I put eyeliner on my upper lid, I always get it into the fold of my eyelid. I think that migh also be because of my oily skin. How can I prevent these things from happening and keep my eye make up looking fresh?
