As a singer myself, I think it depends on what you're singing. If you're singing a fun, or bold song - wear the red. If you're singing something more sombre or serious wear the black.

Black....do not wear the white in the winter....even winter white should only be worn at Christmas or weddings....Red might be okay, because you are the center of attention singing, but again if it is not holiday themed I would steer away from it....however if it is a holiday theme red is the best choice, and black would be bad, so the long and short of it....
red if it is a holiday themed party
black if it is not holiday themed
NO white!
Have a great time!

You never go wrong with a plain black dress. Since you will be singing I would add some sparkly jewely around your face.

Definitely dont' go with a white. Like CMR said, try a brown or a greenish color. Good luck with your performance!

Nothing beats black when it comes to a sophisticated look.
After black, chocolate brown.

Black is always classy-- sexy and elegant-- especially if you're performing.
And, you might want to actually try on the dresses and let someone see you in them beforehand....

black. red sounds too bold, but creamy sounds less sophisticated.
