It's not uncommon for reputable shops, even those in states that allow underage piercing, to refuse to do so even with parent permission. As much as I love tattoos (I have fifteen), I suggest you wait until you're legal, especially if you're a guy. Guys typically don't stop growing until their in their early twenties and their tats can stretch which is kind of gross.

most states have regulation agiest under age tattoos you best bet it to call your local shop and ask if they know any where. in any case you don't have much longer to wait. so think hard and get something original that you will want on you for ever.

Just think in 40-50 years of all the olfarts that will be running around with tats on their a$#@?saggy,baggy and stretched out of shape? I dont want none of that!! that butterfly will be below her waist then?

Your state may not allow underage tattooing, you may have to check out a neighboring state, Michigan is not that far away!!!!!

don't do it! unless you are a boy. on girls it can look white trash. Especially if it is somewhere noticable when you are wearing a white dress!
