I am thinking seriously about getting my ears pierced. But, I am not good with pain, or a lot of it anyway. I freak out before shots, and dentist appointments, ect. How much does it hurt?

It really doesn't hurt that bad. I work at Claires Boutique and I peirce people's ears all the time. It just hurts for a second and we do it really quick. Most ear peircing instuments are quiet and fast. Not like older ones they had years ago. You can ask the place you get your ears peirced at if they can do both ears at the same time. Most place can do that, because they usually always do that with babies and younger children. Hopefully that helped.

I freak out about the same stuff! I was so scared to get my ears pierced and then one day i just decided to do it and it doesn't hurt as much as you think. I hurts for about 5 seconds, maybe a little longer. Once its done its no big deal and you'll love the outcome. Earrings make great accessories!!

Well, if you want to look pretty with those dangling earrings, you
just have to conrol your pain. Actually it is not really pain, it is just
like ant bites. They use the kind of gunshots and within a few
seconds both sides of the ears are stuck with the earrings which you have chosen. After that, you will only fill a little warm at that pierced area. Good luck!

depends what you call hurt. painful? no. feels like a quick shot? yes. go somewhere where both ears are done the same time. someone does your right ear while at the same time someone does your left ear on the count of 3. If you really think you are going to freak out, dont do it.

That all depends on your age and pain threshold.
I have had my ears pierced twice and they didn't hurt at all as long as you keep them clean to avoid infection they shouldn't cause you to be uncomfortable.

it shouldn't hurt if you get your ears pierced proffesionally u just hear a loud pop. whatever u do, dont let a family member who has never done it before pierce your ears! my aunt pierced my ears (the second time i got them pierced) and my ears were infected for weeks.

It relies on wherein you move. When I obtained mine performed it did not harm in any respect ever. The man used numbing spray and a needle. It sounds unhealthy, however that's how customarily every person in my discipline obtained thier ears peirced. It does not harm in any respect.

No no not at all i have mine done twice on one said at 4 on the other and if you get it done at the top all you hear is a POP and at the bottom i wouldnt say it hurts its like a 1 second feeling and boom its done.

i had my ears pierced twice and it doesn't
really hurt
all you do is fell a pinch for like a second and it only hurts a little little bit after wards

It hurts about as much as a shot, but passes quickly. If they do it right it shouldn't hurt more than a few minutes.
