I had my ear pierced on June 14th 2006, and left it for 6 weeks to heal. I then stretched 3 weeks at a time (16-14-12-10-8-6-4) up until 2 weeks ago when i finally reached 5mm. now i have decided that i want to let them shrink back down to what they where, (i took them out 24 hours ago and i cannot get the 5mm taper through now!!!) but i kinda miss it, and i know that i am likely to want to stretch it again in the future, does anyone know if this will cause damage to my lobe?

I dye my hair at home. Is it better to dye it right after I wash and dry it or should I wait a while before dying it? I have heard that it does better if you hair is "a little dirty".

I love my hair and take very good care of it. Its long (to the middle of my back), thick, dark brown with a sort of red tint, and its naturally straight and with some layers in it. I usually wear it down...either straight and parted to the side or I braid it in one french braid at night and when I take it down in the morning its wavy. I don't really know many more styles besides that.....any suggestions? Thanks!

i have never had a pair of jeans that fit right , if i buy a size 14 they fill a bit tight and if i buy 16 there really big , and end up with a baggy crouch . i have wide top s legs so cant wear skinny jeans . i'm 5" 4 inch and there always to short or to long . help please.

I am an african american woman and I need advice from other women of color on this one......My hair keeps breaking off, falling out. If you see my pic, that is a wig im wearing and yes, it has gotten that bad to the point i have to wear a wig. My hair does get dry and brittle. And yes I do, relax my hair. I have thin fine hair as well. Are there any products, tips, or anything you can tell me to help fight this losing battle?

I have about half a dozen formal dresses from high school proms and other such occassions. I don't have any plans to wear any of them in the near future, but I want to keep them for sentimental reasons.

Unfortunately, they are taking up too much room in my small closet and I need to move them to the attic.
