I started doing yoga and within a year the prescription on my glasses improved dramatically. My eyedoctor was amazed and asked what I was doing differently and I told her about the yoga. We both came to the conclusion that because of the types of poses that you do in yoga, for example- downward dog it improves blood circulation to your head and may account for the improvement in my eyesight. It may help to stimulate hair growth as well, I would recommend you try it, even if it does'nt help your hair the rest of you will feel great!

Yoga is good for the body in general.
The healthier your body is, the healthier things like your hair can be too!! Yoga itself will not improve it, but a healthy diet can.

there's no direct correlation between the two. but as one of the people who responded mentioned, yoga is generally good for your entire body. so in some way, i'm sure it would affect your hair in a positive way. yoga helps blood flow and circulation. it also helps you normalize your breathing patterns to help reduce stress and calm your mind. it's good for muscle-toning because you have to hold various positions for an extended amount of time.
