I play sports too i usely put it in a pony tail or wrap it up in a bandana the bandana might get wet but not your hair not really

either a bun if u have long hair or a plain ponytail if u have shorter hair (u could still put it back in a ponytail if u have long hair but its easier and better to put it in a bun)

pony tails...or you keep all hair together and there is a something for that that keeps hair in tact.
