Does anyone know if I need a business license for providing make up service to brides? I am an independent contractor and will be going to different locations to provide the service. Do I also need a DBA?

I really want to get my hair long. I have heard that proteins and stuff help, but i need like the amount, brand, etc! I also wanted to know if there was a shampoo or something that could help. Can brushing it alot help? Tell me basically:

it's spirit week cause of homecoming...and i don't have like nerdy clothes, if my pants get too short i either take the hem out or get rid of them. i don't have like vests or anything either... i was gonna do liek the clown make-up...like oprah from the 90's..but i'm having doubts now....u know alot of blush, blue eyshadow, and bright red lips.. what do ya'll think???

i know i know many people have done it succesfully, even my best friend did. but im still not convinced. i really want to but 1)my mom will never ever do it. unelss i convince her. but im not sure if i really wanna do it myself. my mom says i gotta go to a docter. which do you think is better? and dont say claires because its free. im so aware of that.

Hi. So ive had the same pair of VANS shoes for a year now. I love the shoes and are comfortable but there are running on their lasts threads. I need to purchase a new pair of shoes, shoes that i can wear everyday to and from college. I'm tired of vans. Ive purchased other shoes but not for school. My other shoes are nicer loafers and such but i need a cool pair of shoes. I was thinking of some Nike's that dont look all gangster/baller-ish. Kinda change it up a bit...but which ones? I'm looking on eBay as my primary source. Can anyone recommend a good pair of shoes i might like?

If personality is a factor here then this is who i am: I prefer the indie rock music yet i dress modern with fitted polos and jeans such as from American Apparel.

Heres the problem: Dance is friday, i have a black suit, and am not buying a new one. My dates dress is brown with bronze flakes. I am just a curious young lady looking for anwser from the world and whenever i ask a question people are constantly telling me that those are that is the most stupidest thing that i have ever heard.
