i have this "nerd day" thing at school......?

it's spirit week cause of homecoming...and i don't have like nerdy clothes, if my pants get too short i either take the hem out or get rid of them. i don't have like vests or anything either... i was gonna do liek the clown make-up...like oprah from the 90's..but i'm having doubts now....u know alot of blush, blue eyshadow, and bright red lips.. what do ya'll think???

Wear jeans cuff them up high water. Wear a tshirt. Socks that don't match. Hair in pig tails. Voila instant nerd.

I'd look for some fat rimmed glasses and get some guy clothes as if you wouldn't know fashion for women. do your hair very plain and as little make up as possible. My impression of true nerds was socially inept so try to go looking like you dont fit in with the other chicks. And try to dress using practicality over fashion coz that is how I think a nerd would think when they are getting dressed for the day.

just dress up like one of the cheerleaders, see how they like to be called a nerd!!!

just kidding, i like the "clown" idea, but go all out! ask someone if you can borrow some glasses (or even use some sunglasses w/the lenses popped out), and put tape in the middle. Wear a blouse that is like, 3 sizes too big or bigger, knee-shorts, and sandals with knee-socks.... just make sure nothing matches. put a calculator and some pens in your pocket w/a pocket protecter for good measure. and rat your hair-BAD, or do uneven pigtails or something-like one WAY higher than the other or something.

well speaking as a nerd my self. what u may do is where a button up shirt stuff a pens and other little do dads in it. your pants dont have to be short u can always where them up above your belly button. carry a clip borad with a comic or something like that get a pair of glasses put medical tape (white tape) on the bridge of the glasses and even slick back your hair like mcfly on back to the future thats what you should look like or one of the revenge of the nerds is a good reference.

Go to a local opportunity shop as most items are only a few cents. My daughter had one of these days this year and she got the most hideous dress to wear. She really did look like a nerd. You should be able to get things like old glasses and belts to complete the look.

Clowns are completely different than nerds.. I say don't do it. : /

I suggest the following outfit instead:

button up shirt
suspenders (from your dad, maybe?)
plaid pants
fake glasses with tape in the middle
hair up in a ponytail, or teased to look messy
mechanical pencils in shirt pocket
close-toed shoes
no jewelry

um...makeup isnt very nerdy... just pull your pants up real high. and wear a turtleneck er sumthing... then put your hair in pigtails on the side. like..... >O< the circles your head and the <'s and pigtails if you can imagine that. or wear a button down shirt with a bunch of pens in your pocket. and maybe glasses.

ya do the make up also wear like unmatching socks and shoes. wear like pajama shorts over jeans if you ahve glasses then put tape you know like in the middle or whatever nerds do and i dont know how you can do your hair all nerdy but just try and think lik a nerd. lol. have fun. :)
