Ever since about freshman year in highschool, people have been wearingUggs every winter, i'm looking for something else

Most people who I know wear Uggs simply because they are incredibly warm and snow-slush-resistant. They don't even like the way they look, but in college practicality wins over fashion in most cases, especially during the harsh winter months. Anyway, you could always go with the moccasin boot or the slouchy flat boot, those are pretty in right now. Ankle boots will also be big this fall although those are harder to wear on an everyday basis, and pretty hard to pull off in general. Check out these sites:

What's mostly in style this winter is probably the "harness" type boots, those with straps and buckles, with an English flavor. They should be available in all heel heights, so you should be able to find some that are just the right height for school wear. Also back in style are skinny leg jeans which will look great tucked into these boots.

Hi! Yeah I agree I don't think boots are gonna be in this winter. You might wanna wait until some new styles come out ;p. But now ballet flats are cute. & they're closed toed so you won't get cold ;p. And wedges are really awesome too. I hope you find something cute for school ;)!

the shops you are going to are all super, i pass to all of them, so which you're on the suited track. i could recommend ripped skinnies, common skinnies, and mini skirts for bottoms. For shirts, something with the call variety is solid. and probably photograph tees? the two V-neck or scoop neck, reckoning on your type. turn Flops for warmth days, lovable apartments for fall and spring, and Ugg's for wintry climate are all solid footwear. in case you do no longer wanna spend all that money on Ugg's, then you quite can nonetheless get an extremely lovable pair of shoes. are not getting heels for college. some lovable upload-ons are basic necklaces, bangles, appeal bracelets, and probably a lovable ring. in case you have pierced ears, positioned on dangly jewelry. those are constantly lovable! And, maximum severely, be sure you may walk and sit down conveniently in college for the 7 hours (or extra in case you have after-college issues!) because of the fact the final component you decide on is to have your clothing stressful you in the time of classification.

I'm thinking if you're looking on clothing websites or store websites you'll find some interesting boots. Like check out online shoe stores, or department stores like target.com. Or look at clothing websites like www.ae.com or www.aeropostale.com they have interesting styles. I'm not sure that boots are still in style this fall, so you might find some really chic ones cheap at 2nd hand stores or on ebay.com!

I dunno many brands but slouch boots are in now as well as knee high boots and such. Depends on your taste and school dress codes and such. I agree with the uggs; a little too cliche and overdone.... Anywho; black leather boots are fun; 'specially slouch/knee hi's
Or how about this, go to a shoe store and browse around and find a style you like and go with it.
