Ear piercing never hurt me. But a lot of people do it because of everybody else doing it. Just an easy style.

No pain, no gain! It's really not all that painful anyways. It's like a sharp, deep sting that's over before you know it. They use a "gun" to pierce ear lobes.
If you really want to do this....go ahead and get it done. Don't worry about the momentary pain.
Also, a tip if you do...leave the earring in for more than 2 months or whatever they say. Don't try to be all cool and take it out before then, otherwise the hole will close up and you'll never be able to get it back in. Then going through all that isn't even worth it. Good luck! =)

Be an individual, don't. Actually, it only hurts for a split second. I had my ears pierced twice. But the first time I was 6 weeks old. I don't remember that one. The second time I was 18.

It hurts for maybe 2 seconds and your happy with it for the rest of your life. Earrings are an easy accessory that glams up your face and your outfit.
Same with having children. Dont you think a baby is worth 9 months of pain? I never regret either.

The pain is only temporary until the hole heals up. Some people take Tylenol to lessen the pain at first. It depends on the person getting the piercing done.

It hurts for a red hot second when they punch the hole -that's it. The purpose is so that you can wear jewelery and express your personal style. At least that's why I got mine pierced

have lobes pierced twice....tragus pierced once and rook pierced onece and nobody told me it was supposed to hurt....think the pain is all in the persons head....just like everybody says tattoos hurt....have 7 and no pain

First it doesn't hurt that much, and second it's worth it. Earings are pretty.
