How does Mary Kay eyeshadow compare to department store brands such as Origins, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Prescriptives, Mac?

(I love Origins and Estee Lauder, but they're so expensive!)

I don't do "heavy" makeup but i wanted to know..what colour of eyeliner and eyeshadow go with natural blonde hair, brown eyes and tanned skin? should i also try blush? if so what colour?

right now i use: black mascara but not a lot just enough to lengthen lashes
an eyeshadow that is maybe 2 or 3 shades darker than my skin but i only wear it occasionally
and brown or charcoal eyeliner.

what do you suggest looks good on me?

which store sells jeans size 1 short? beside jc penney i can never find them and those are the only type of jeans that will fit me.

Hey. I colored my hair yesterday but it didn't come out in the right shade. It's wasn't a permanent color. It would only last through 28 washes. I wan't to re-color my hair today. The coloring I would be using is a shade darker and it will only last through 28 washings also. Is this safe for my hair? Thanks.

My new gym unit is swimming. I have no problem with being in the pool or anything else its just my hair! My hair is curly and about a little past my shoulders.
