I think a dark brown mascara would bring out the color of your eyes more rather than black. Also try a shimmery brown eyeshadow. A lot of brands have them now days like Revlon, Covergirl, Maybelline. So try one of them. It'll look natural and pop your eyes out at the same time.

I have always thought that blonde hair and brown eyes was a beautiful combination. You need to stick with natural colors and you are likely a "fall." You can get away with some black, but keep it minimal. Use deep green and brown even dark navy eyeliner and for goodness sake...please blend it! Use a brown eyebrow enhancer either something like Trucco powder brow liner or a smoky brown and just highlight the top edges of your brows to lift them a bit. Stay away from blue shadows and stick with natural browns, creams, greens, lavendars / deep purple (for the crease in your eye). All these colors enhance brown eyes and go with your skin tone and hair color.
Lip shades...peach / coral (not bright but natural), mauve ish colors, copper colors, and brownish burgundys. Stay far away from reds and only use pastel pinks in the dead of Summer.
The best make-up line I have seen or used is Nicole Miller to be honest. Trucco is good also (more expensive), but Nicole Miller doesn't have toxins and cancer causing chemical agents in her make-up that can be absorbed into the skin. The stuff goes on so nicely too! If you are interested in how to get some at a reduced price...e-mail me.

I would suggest a dark eyeliner like you already use and get a shiny, shimmery eyeshadow. Try pink chanpaign from Cover girl. Also a pink blush. Pink Flamingo from Mary Kay works well for me and I have the same hair and complexion as you said you do.

try using browns to bring out the color of your hair. when wearing brown it wont look too dark. if you have brown eyes use beige colors. as for eyeliner if you smoke your eyes with the brown eyeshadow it will appear that you have eyeliner on only its less harsh. remember to put on a light gloss on your lips to complete your look. you really dint need any blush maybe on special occasions try a light shimmer powder.

silver, sparkly eyeshadow works for everyone and gives a young, playful look. you could always use a brownish gold eyeshadow for a diva look. use very shiny or metallic lipgloss for a very hot look. maybe wear black liquid eyeliner on the top, not the bottom. you can always use bronzer in the T-zone to make your skin look even hotter. best thing, go for a natural look. don't overdo it.

if you like a more natural look... black mascara is good, golds on your eyelids, charcoal liner, and a nice peach or light pink blush but just a little and make sure it is blended in really well, then just a touch of lip gloss and you are a natual beauty!!! good luck

wear blue eyeshadow, black mascara, and dark blue or black eyeliner. Do not wear brown; this will overpower your brown eyes.
