you could but you wouldnt be able to get the bar thing throught because the whole would be too small

You can, but it will probably get rejected, navel piercings have the tendency of being a pain in the butt to heal even worse if the are homemade, go to a piercing studio and get it done, it is way better to invest those $30 or $40 and get it done right

Why don't you go to a professonial to get your naval pierced?? its a lot safer!
