Wash them again, use liquid fabric softener, then in the dryer use a few dryer sheets and put in a hard plastic ball or pair of shoes in the dryer with them so it will "beat up" the fabric making it softer quicker. good luck

Buy some liquid fabric softener and add it to the washer per the directions on the bottle. Get some dryer sheets too, look for ones that say they make clothes soft.

Try putting them in the dryer with a dryer sheet. You can wash them before hand or dry them while dry, your choice. I use Bounce dryer sheet fabric softeners, but expiriment to find which you like best.

They just need to be "broken in." Continue to use fabric softner with them and also put towels in the cycle. They slightly beat them in the washing process and soften them up a bit.

alot of fabric softner. also if you want soft sheets, invest on a set that may be more expenssive but has a higher thread count.

use alot of fabric softener and dry them on low in your dryer. Do not line dry them as this will make them even rougher. hope this helps.

What is the thread count? If they are muslin or have a low thread count, they will never be as soft as you want them to be.
