I usually take a warm cloth to warm my face then i use sum facial soap and clean my face with cold water..is that good?
or does any1 have a better method without using products because i get skin irritations with acne products and scented soap.

Okay when my friend get sick she has to drink pills, at times when her mom left the room she would throw the pills in the garbage. She can't really swallow BIG PILLS. how can i get her to swallow them?

Ok I was wondering if the Neutrogena oil is really good and not greasy..Does it rub into the skin good??

I am only 26 and I used to have very thick hair. I did dye and straighten it a lot over the years, but with the last 2 yrs have stopped this abuse on my hair. But it still falls out, especially after washing. And now is very thin and limp. How can I get back thick and healthy the way it used to be or am I fighting a loosing battle.

I have dark dark brown hair, it's almost black.
And I'm planning on getting highlights.. but I'm not sure what color to ask for.
I will absolutley NOT have blond, it looks tacky.

My daughter has severe acne, we've tried everything. I would like to try birth control for her because i've heard it helps with acne. Is there anyway to get it for her without her having to go through the gynecological exam? She's about to be 13, and I think that would be kind of traumatic for her at this age. Every woman I know owns at least one bracelet or necklace, usually they own many, so why are anklets so rare in comparison? I have a large collection myself and I always wear one or sometimes two round each ankle, but I have only seen a very small number of other women do this. A lot of women will wear more than one arm bracelet, so why not ankle bracelets as well? I also occasionally wear a slender gold bangle round my ankle, but I've only ever seen two other women do this, why is that? I think anklets look very feminine and sexy as long as they're not over done.
