Do loads of cardio!
let me give u some hints and tips:
*Drink 1'5/2 litres of water a day
*Exercise every day and make sure it's hard work (but u have 2 enjoy it or it gets really boring and u'll soon give up)
*Eat healthily
*During diet (once a week) Check ur scales and see how much you've lost; or you'll never know.
*Excuse my french on this one - Cut out the cr*p and eat less!(if u tend to eat quite a lot everyday)
*TREAT URSELF ''ONCE A WEEK''!!
I hope you get the figure you want SOON!

I was just just looking at the height and weight chart. At 4"11 and 7st 7pounds your weight is perfect. If you lose more weight you will become underweight. I think what you mean is, you want to get fit, i.e. get a flat stomach!

In terms of diet, just eat healthily, eating lots of green vegetables, fruits and avoiding sugar etc. Donot follow any diets, because if you do that, you will lose weight quickly but you will gain it back quickly as well.No wonder they are called crash-diets!! Diets are not good in the long-term and they leave you feeling starved as well

Also, exercise is necessary to keep fit. Just do about 30 minutes of exercise (until you get sweaty and NOT out of breath!!) for 3 times a week.

In terms of how long, if you do it properly, you will be able to get fit in approximately a month.

Good luck and let me know how it goes! xxx

Hi Lucy - you sound a pretty good weight to me as you are but if you insist on loosing weight then do it the sensible way - you have seen & heard all the hype that goes with this kind of thing but my advice would be to throw away the scales - get to a size & shape you feel good with & then you never feel like going on the so called diet - exersise plays a big part - not going mad at the gym etc but carefully & what suits you - the really only way to loose weight is to eat less & eat the right foods - dont starve yourself of everything - obviously low fat foods & eat plenty you do have to eat to loose weight you know! - you can join a club but i think you could do it much simpler yourself - that way you dont become manic about it - eat plenty veg cereals pulses fruit etc & drink plenty of water - not poncey water but plain old tap water - you will be amazed how well you feel & remember its not a race - if you eat right & exercise regularly you dont get hungry between meals but dont expect to be 7lbs lighter in a week !!! - good luck - mucker

Losing weight is never the answer - It just makes you more squidgy & baggy! Gaining basic muscle tone (no, not like Arnie!) and fitness will give you a fantastic curvey shape but will not necessarily make you any lighter. Regular aerobic excercise is the key, plus a sensible diet including lots of water, fruit and veg...

Don't bother with dieting they all have contradicting rules. Just think common sense:-
·Fibre (wholegrain – cereal for breakfast)
·Vitamins & minerals (fruit and vegetable snacks)
·Protein (fish and lean meat for lunch with salad or in a brown bread sandwich)
·Carbohydrates (wholegrain pasta or rice or potatoes with your evening meal)
·And fat (skimmed milk on your cereal, olive oil and vinegar dressing on your salad).

Try to drink herbal tea (nettle tea suppresses your appetite) instead of caffeinated or carbonated drinks, or diluted fruit juice (fruit juice contains a lot of sugar) if you don’t like plain water. Drinking more will also ensure you don’t retain too much fluid, leaving you bloated.

Join a gym with a years contract then you feel you have to get your moneys worth by going as much as possible. To get motivated buy yourself a new gym kit or even make yourself a mix to listen to on your MP3 whilst you’re working out- it’s amazing the difference music makes. Make use of all the facilities- pool, gym, classes, personal trainers and sauna or steam room.

Either go to classes where you feel embarrassed if you give up or sign up for a personalised exercise plan, which they will devise with you. This will ensure you lose weight where you want and tone up the bits your happy without bulking up your muscles too much. You also have to change these plans regularly to suit your body type, and it keeps you focused on your goal and timeframe.

You have to drink loads of fluids whilst working out to stay cool and feel healthier afterwards so you actually don't fancy a bacon sandwich when you get back. If you do go crazy and have a whole family bag of Doritos for lunch and dinner, just stay for 15minutes extra at the gym :-)

Honestly, diets without exercise are no good. This is healthy diet for you and will help you loose weight and as long as you excercise as well.

Branflaskes for breakfast
Soup for lunch
Proper dinner

Cut out all sugar, fizzy drinks and alcohol. Snack on fruit and nuts.

Exercise - you wont loose any weight without exercising

for burning fat your body needs water, so drink water 3 liters a day. Next you should do movements at least one hour a day. Your heath beat should be around 120 , with this hearth rate your body burns fat instead of glucogeen.

eat regulary AND do not forget to eat your breakfast., never skip the breakfast, if you do you will get hungry and eat fast fat snacks.

corr, what i would give to weigh as little as you i really dont think you have anything to worry about, however i would suggest slimming world you dont need to join visit the website or body optimise website and it will guide you. I have lost 2 and half stone doing this diet. It is basically not mixing protein with carbohudrates but eating them both at seperate times. If it is just your belly i suggest exercise.
