Maybelline is the brand that works the best for me. They have a pencil liner that comes in a red plastic container, this one is the one that smear the least on me (not really noticeable).
They also have a liquid version that has a very thin brush for application and it never clumps, the only thing is that it is waterproof so if you have to do correction you need to do it immediately a wet cotton swab usually does the job

MAC fluidline is an amazing product.
It's a gel liner in a pot that you apply with a brush. Nearly foolproof and easy to use. It comes in a variety of shades and once it's on, it's ON. Waterproof and smudgeproof, even on the waterline.

The best way to use is to try an angled liner brush and dip it in the product. Press against your lashline (as opposed to drawing a line) and work your way over your eye. It also works great as a base for shadow, helping the color stay put and to promote a bolder shade of whatever shadow (loose or pressed) that you're using.

And at $14.50, you can't go wrong.

I am forever trying to find the right liner. AND I found the perfect one about 2 years ago. It is made by Prestige. It is a soft blend pencil. It has the pencil on one end and a spongy tip on the other end. I totally love it! I buy it at Walgreens, but if your Walgreens doesn't carry it, I'm sure you can look it up on the internet. And it only costs me $4.99. It's a steal! This is only my personal opinion, but like I said...I was always trying to find the perfect one. And it doesn't smear off easily and it goes on super smooth.

My best eyeliner looks have always been to take an eyeliner brush and dip it in a dark eyeshadow and use that as a liner. MAC makes a great black shadow called blacktied!

The power is so forgiving you can pretty much "sketch" it on with the brush and you can get a great "smokey" eye effect by blending it softly upwards into your eyeshadow!

Yves St Laurent or Lancome are honestly the superb manufacturers for mascara and Stila and Trish Mcevoy both make a cream eyeliner that you position on with a broom. They fee slightly more desirable yet they're honestly fairly worth it.

Have you ever wondered hwat kind of eyeliner Marilyn Manson wears? He runs his hands over it and never smears. I wear that brand, it's called POO-POO eyeliner. Morbid is also a great brand, voth create a very intense long lasting line.

Just get some good black eyeshadow and a eyeliner brush. Then take a little hairspray and hold it about a foot away from your face. Close your eyes and mist it lightly across your face. This will help set your makeup for an all day wear. Plus it is great when it's hot and you get sweaty.

MAC, most definitely, it goes on SOOOO smooth. It feels like a feather sweeping across your eyelid. Can be a bit pricey but totally worth it. And it doesn't smudge or melt during the heat or your sweat so you always look polished and not like a panda. You can also smudge it with a sponge (purposely) for that sultry night time look not "my make-up is melting" look.

Mac cosmetics are pure pigment and stay almost too well. You'll need a really good makeup remover to get it off. It's kind of expensive, but it is well worth it.
