Thst depends on what kind of marks you are talking about.
If you have scars, try vitamin E - pierce the gel cap, and put a small amount on the scar. You could also try using the gel from inside an aloe leaf.
If you are talking about acne, then clearasil should work.

Check it out for yourself ... it is not that harmful but dont go by the ads on TV. The models are made-up dolls .... lol
