I am an African American. Today I was scorhed by the sun, and I became darker. Is it possible that is If I scrubbed enough with soap that I can get the desired shade of what I used to be?

I'm jobless and can't spend to much on make up. Things like foundation and powder I don't mind spending money on. But lip stick, lip gloss, lip liner, eye brows, and eyeshadow i try to save money on or what make up products should I not cheap out on? Where can i buy good make up for cheap? Have any of you tried the sephora store brand?

My stylist accidently (I think( gave me a very curly perm. The one like old ladies get !!!!!!!!! I went to Sally's and got a relaxer which by the way all show people of color on the front of the boxes and I am White. This worried me from the start. I carefully read all the fine print and it said do not use on curly perms or hair that was permed by any products containing ammonium thioglycolate which in parenthesis is (curly perm). So I guess this leaves me out. What do I do to get my hair straight again! Help!!!!!
