probably a cold sore. it'll go away in a few days. there is a otc med called abreva that is supposed to make cold sores disappear faster. try that. its not b/c you lied or missed anyone..thats bs!

more than likely is a cold sore, which is Herpes so expect a lot more of them cause you'll have it for the rest of your life...more when its cold and when you are stressed out
