I have a treadmill at home a exercise bike,and a trampoline. I might be getting the steps type thing. How would i conduct my workout and how long should it be?? how long should my warm up be before actually exrtcising and my cool down after??? I'm new to this so any tips i'm open!

stretching (legs)...3-5 min.- treadmill 20- 30, bike: 20 min., trampoline 10 min., stretching +cooling down 5 min.

dance dance revolutution on xbox and the computer is awesome. IT is like a game. It come wtih a large pad that you actually do the dance steps on. It has a beginner level up to advanced. I am still in the beginner level and find that I am out of breath and sweating when it's done. That means Im getting a good workout. So if you want a exercise routine that is like a video game this is a must. I know someone who was VERY lazy and lost like 20lbs just by "playing".

For a warmup I suggest basic stretches, 75 jumping jacks, andmaybe somecruches or situps. Get on the treadmill at least 30 minutes a day. Drink at least 3 glasses of water, and watch what you eat.
