I want to look older?

I am 23 and I look 17. I just want to look my age...at least 21.
I have a round face, I have a small frame, I really haven't grown much since middle school. Luckily I have a chest...no problems in that area.
Later in my life...in like 20 years I won't mind looking so much younger, as for now...I need help.

does anyone know any wiscinsin modeling agenices that dont cost money to get into?

i want this since i was a little kid i want it so bad i can taste it i have CP but that doesnt stop me i dont wanna do the runway stuff but i wanna do the catalog commerical magazine clothing posters kind of stuff i can walk and swim and do anything like anybody else i been fighting CP ever since i was a little kid i had about 8 surgeys i used to be in physical therapy i used to have a walker braces for my legs and a wheelchair but i don't have that anymore because i have been doing so good so i wanna pursue my modeling career now a lot of the mean people tease me at school and think i can't do modeling but i am going to prove them wrong they can say anything mean about me but i will never get hurt i heard this saying "sticks and stoneqs may break my bones but words will never hurt me" and till this day i still follow that saying but my family and friends think i can be a model and i know i can be a modeling i work hard everyday doing chores and try to bcome a model so please help me

I'm on a budget and would like to know how to make my hair shinier.?

My hair is basically straight, thick, long, dark brown, and is typically in good condition. Is there any product that would make it go from dull to shiny? I already spend tons of money getting it done at the salon so I am looking for something that is cheap but does the job.

my hair, its thin, and the roots get greasy very easily, but the rest of it gets frizzy!?

my hair. is killing me.

and its a little damaged from being straitend 6 days a week (during school, but during the summer i only did it if i were going somewhere)

After my shower it is all frizzy, but a couple hours later, it is flat!
i use root lifters (paul michael) and hairspray (dove, flexible hold), but they don't help!!! and i use panteen spray in conditioner, but i'm trying to use it up and switch to auzzie spray in and heat protector.

i use auzzie root cleanser and tip mender (shampoo) and the "moist" conditioner cause my hair gets dry really easily.

how do i keep my hair flat all day ?

i am african american and i recently started straightening my hair , i would love to wear it down but it starts getting poufy and fluffy a little while after i straighten it with the flat iron so right up into a b un it goes . Any tips , tricks or products that will keep it flat and bone straight ? it would be a bonus if any products conditioned too . :)

Where can you get a pair of leggings for under $10???

i want a pair of leggings really badly (and plz dont tell me they look stupid becuz they dont, they suit some figures and dont suit others, so leave me out of it, ok? i've heard enuf of this) but when u look @ pairs @ like abercrombie and stuff, theyre so expensive! $30 for a pair of leggings? PLEEZ.
