As teens, most people aren't very deep, they are rather shallow. Whatever they liked about you one day, they may not see it the next. Passing infatuations are common when you're young.
They could also be getting picked on by one or more of their friends. What one guy sees as attractive, another sees as plain. It's called peer pressure. So the guy pretends that he doesn't like the girl so his friends won't think him a looser for picking the wrong girl.
Or maybe you are acting different. If you put on any kind of act, it's hard to be that way from one day to the next. A charade won't hold up under close scrutiny.
