You can get tons of good eye makeup for under $10 each - the person who said that obviously has never tried them or doesn't know how to apply them.
Loreal is good, they are owned by Lancome and basically the same products.
Others I have used and like: Wet N Wild (which is super cheap and people would always ask if it was liquid and it wasn't and I would get compliments too, which was funny since it was super cheap), Mary Kay eyeliner, Avon eyeliner and Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. I never have problems with it smudging since I only put eyeliner on my upper eyelids and never on the lower ones, everyone I mentioned has lasted and even in water.

I love the Mary Kay eyeliner. The first time I tried it was during a makeover I had done during my lunchbreak. I went home at the end of the day and sliced onions for supper and the eyeliner didn't run one bit. My consultant's site is below. The eyeliner is $9.50.

All my friends that wear mascara use the Covergirl mascara.
It's about $6, you can get them anywhere, and they last nearly all day.
One of my friends tried to put it on my eyes, and i tried to get it off, but not a lot of it did until much into the day (about 7 hours). So I'd say go with the one that is hard to come off, Covergirl Mascara.
lol, here's a tube right here my friends holding. Its in a dark indigo tube with Covergril in all caps. The whole thing is in a cylindrical square kind of thing (its in a square tube shape, but the corners are rounded).

Try pencil eyeliner, they don't smudge and are very good. You have to experiment with brands available in the supermarket's, cvs etc. Brands liked by others may not suit you as it suits them, so keep trying till your are satisfied. Best of luck

Rimmel London eye pencil works! yet additionally i'd use primer, which makes your makeup durable and could no longer smudge your eyeshadow or eyeliner or beginning. i admire my primer it works my makeup lasts extra advantageous than 9 hrs.

MAC waterproof pencil is the best, but it is more than $10. Try Prestige. It is less than $10 and the performance is great too-

I use pretige and it's amazing. They really have good products for their pricing. I wear lenses and when I wear liner it doesnt irritate my eyes or smudge into them either....Good Luck...Hope I helped....
