how can you get rid of pimples without them leaving scar and also if they do have a scar then does it stay on forever or eventually come off?

I like burt's bees blemish stick, it's great, I use it all the time. I start to get a pimple and just put it on a couple of times a day it's gone really quick!!! They can leave scar if you scar easily but most of the time they will fade over time. Don't pick!! that is the most important thing! and the hardest!

Seek help- a professional skin care person. Steam your skin and use a sensitive cleanser, use toners.
Guess what - it not whats on your skin but in it. Change your food intake to less grease and more raw veggies.
