i put on my eyeliner but after a few hours its all under my eyes and makes me look tired.. what do i do?

and my eyeshadow after a few hours has clumped up into one area of my eye. (like a line) it wont stay covering my lid...ehat do i do about that.

I get little tiny pimples on my thighs and upper arms, I don't know how do get red of it. Yes I was my body, yes I scrub. It just doesn't go away. I am twelve, does that have anything to do with it. PLEASE NO RUDE OR STUPID ANSWERS! THANK YOU!

personally, i think it is the best style that a guy can ever accomplish with his sophisticated-casual attire. a vintage graphic tee+nice blazer=sexiness in my opinion. ryan seacrest always sports this on E! all the time and i think it's hot! i did the look before and i think it's sexy.

I have been looking for an alternitive to shaving (shins and thighs) and can't find something that works. I have used VEET and my legs only stay hair-free for less then a day, Yet the box states up to three! Okay so back in the beggining of February to like early June my hair was really really short. I've been growing it out over the summer, so I've recovered about 4 and a half inches in 3 months (it's a little over shoulder length now). And I was wondering if I flat iron, on top of dying my hair, will it get damaged? And if so, is there a safer less damaging way to do it? {I do NOT want to use chemical relaxers just so you know. I hate the stuff and my hair doesn't really need it.} Please and thank you!
