Check out the link, it has a couple of dresses... I just bought the botton turquoise one from The Los Angeles Garment district... if you are in CA you can go to downtown LA and get some great deals..
Chicago, & NY you can find good deals too..
Otherwise try, Nordstrom (Brass Plum Department) or Nordstrom Rack, Loehman's have some nice dresses occasionaly.

If you're looking for a lower priced dress, try Dillard's. This time of year they always have super clearance formal dresses. I bought a really cute dress there (it was turqoiuse!!) for like 17 dollars. I also bought 3 other dresses there and didn't spend more that 60.
