caramel complexion... hmmm ... your right about the plumb being better for fall. How about something just a few shades lighter then your complexion to complement the dark hair. I'm also caramel complexion and my hair color is dark brown... I've tried a light burgundy and that also looked pretty good no matter what the season.... also were you looking to just streak the color in or kinda have a lot of it in there. Best thing to do is get a non permanent color and try that streaked in to see if you like it if not... no worries.. just wash it out. I hope that helps some. Good luck.

I tend to like more natural colors, so I would say something warm, like a honey brown, or even and auburn for fall, to pick up the colors of leaves changing, set off your skin with some natural contrast.

i have black hair and i find that i like my hair just black but i always wanted to put blue highlights, not totally blue to the point where it looks like a wig but like a hint of blue that shines out when the light hits it just right

caramel highlights in your dark hair would look great--- good in the fall too! warmer colors for the fall!

Bronze highlights would accentuate your caramel skin. I think it would look nice and summer-y too.
