They have body wash that you can buy in the store that has medicine in it that will clear it up. Much like the medicine on csomething like oxy facewipes. Put it on a washcloth and rub it on the affected area, and you should see results in a week or two. Also, make sure to exfoliate the area. You should also make sure they are pimples, and not an allergic reaction, or some other skin condition.

Try using a body wash with salacylic acid, which helps treat acne.
Do not use an exfoliating scrub more than twice a week (unless told otherwise by your doctor) and shower with cool to warm water.
Scrubbing and hot water make your oil glands go into overdrive, causing them to overproduce oil, which is why scrubbing with hot water will usually only make things worse.
Finally, you're probably starting to go through puberty, which means your body will be undergoing a lot of changes. If anything about your body starts to worry you, ask a doctor, nurse, or some type of board-certified medical professional.
I hope that was of some help.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I've been using an Avon product called Clearskin Cleansing Scrub Exfoliant. I use it twice a week while I am in the shower, The trick is NOT to wash it off right away after you put it on. For your upper arms, it's easy to do; just wet, apply and leave it there while you are finishing your shower. Then rinse it off. It leaves a little bit of a tingling sensation after, but it has worked wonders for me!

Use a gentle exfoliant with the help of a loofa. But be careful because exfoliants make microscopic tears in the skin and after many years can age you faster. That is why you need a gentle exfoliant and only use it 2 times per week. But use the loofa everyday. It also helps to clean off dead skin cells. Which is the main reason for body acne.

I deal with the same problem now that you have. I am 23 yrs old. I am not being mean. Please dont pick at them because it will only make it worse. I have been to a dermatologist that told me to use an antibactirial soap w/ moisturizer. Also, as much as you may hate it, drinking water also helps.
