I have long, dark brown hair that I put light brown streaks in. I have been having it to my waist for a long time. I was thinking about getting a change. I still like long hair, but I was thinking about getting it cut shorter. Any suggestions on the length it should be? My streaks will be growing out soon, so should I dye my hair back to its original color or get it dyed at the salon back to dark brown when I am getting my hair cut? I need suggestions on a new style, because I am tired of wearing the same old bun or ponytail. Also, my hair is thick and straight.

I have combo skin: dry around the nose and very oil forehead + nose. My skin does not look good and has a very uneven tone and acne. I've got dark circles under my eyes as well...
